Hi. My name is Dr. Michael Watins, I’m a Chiropractor here at 58th Street. A great stretch that you can do during the day to take some stress off your hands is to keep your hands together and bring your elbows up so you feel a nice stretch on your wrist. Another one is to bring your arms down, your hands down like this, and what this does if you hold it for about 5 to 10 seconds as it stretches out the muscles of your arms. It helps prevent repetitive stress, prevents tendonitis, prevents tension on the body, so that you can continue to work all day and minimize the stress and strain on your body.
