Dr. Spehar Fixes Billy’s Golf Injuries
With the injuries you’ve had on the right-hand side, that’s going to affect the overall movement of your shoulder blade—especially with something as complex as shoulder blade movement and shoulder movement in general. If one area isn’t working at 100%, something else is going to try to take over and work harder. So you end up compensating a little bit more from the left, creating some issues on the left side as it gets tighter than the right side. Then we get that tension kind of ping-ponging back and forth.
We’re going to get that knocked out. I’m going to have you start by taking a big, deep breath in. Good. Nice, easy movement. Good job. Alright man, you’re good to go. Hit the links.
Thank you. That’s a good one.
